Core and Lower Back Pain

Exercise is considered a first line treatment for chronic low back pain. Research has demonstrated that there is no one best type of exercise. It has also been shown that improvements in pain are not attributable to changes in abdominal function, but more likely due to changes in the central nervous system, the brain, how we process pain, decreasing fear & threat, increasing confidence etc.
